I opened Aquarius Settlements over 12 years ago.  I specialise in vacant land and house settlements, as well as subdivision requirements, commercial properties, Will and estate requirements and other property transfers. 

 

Prior to starting Aquarius Settlements, I worked as a settlement agent in Perth for 5 years and I completed a Certificate of Conveyancing in 2003.  

 

I began in the industry over 20 years ago, working in administration for a property developer, real estate agent and settlement agent in Perth.  I undertook a variety of administrative roles within the company, gaining an extensive knowledge of all aspects of land sales, from the subdivision through until settlement had been finalised.
